Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Introduction
This DPA outlines the terms under which processes personal data on behalf of its clients, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Definitions‍

• Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
• Processor: The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

3. Scope of Processing
Monee Consulting Limited processes personal data as necessary to provide payment processing and related services, as outlined in our service agreements.

4. Obligations of the Processor
Monee Consulting Limited shall:

• Process data only on documented instructions from the controller. Ensure personnel handling data are committed to confidentiality.
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect data.
• Assist the controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests.
• Delete or return personal data upon termination of services.

‍5. Sub-Processors
Monee Consulting Limited may engage sub-processors to assist in delivering services. A list of sub-processors is available upon request.

6. International Data Transfers
Monee Consulting Limited ensures that any international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including implementing standard contractual clauses where necessary.

7. Audit Rights
The controller has the right to audit Monee Consulting Limited's compliance with this DPA, subject to reasonable notice and confidentiality obligations.

8. Liability
Liabilities arising from breaches of this DPA shall be governed by the terms of the main service agreement between the parties.

9. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by the laws applicable to the main service agreement between the parties.
