You pay a percentage of volume that already includes payments processing, customer support, dispute management, supply chain, and operations. The rate drops as your monthly volume grows: 8% under €300k, 7% above €300k, 6% above €600k.

KYC, 3DS authentication, and fraud screening are built into every transaction, and our dispute team handles chargebacks end to end with evidence submission and follow-through.
